Prime Minister Dhan-Dhaanya Krishi Yojana (PM-DDKY)– newly approved scheme by cabinet.
- An annual budget allocation of ₹24,000 crore for six years starting from 2025–26 to 2030-31.
- Objective: Boost farm productivity, irrigation, storage, and credit in 100 selected districts to empower farmers and create jobs.
- Implementation: Covers low-performing districts using 36 schemes across 11 ministries, with district plans, central monitoring, and technical support.
- Benefits: Directly benefits 7 crore farmers, promotes self-reliant farming, reduces regional gaps, and supports income growth.
